** All arena preperation, clean up, heat, pens, fence panels and wash racks are an additional fee.
Main Building Rental Rates
Auditorium - $200
East Room - $135
Exhibit Hall - $50 per bay
North Room - $175
To add Kitchen - $75
* Tables - $5 / Chairs - $0.50
**PA, white paper, stage and clean up all are an additional fee.
